Personal Yoga Therapy

Yoga tailored to you through one-on-one guidance

When you need individual attention—whether for injury recovery, trauma healing, or complex health conditions—personal sessions provide customized support using the Deep Yoga Method.

Ideal for:

  • Post-surgery recovery

  • Pre-surgery preparation or surgery prevention

  • Chronic pain management

  • Menopause symptoms

  • Cancer survivorship

  • Pregnancy and postpartum

  • Complex conditions (MS, fibromyalgia, arthritis)

  • Creating a sustainable home practice

  • Developing an Ayurveda and Yoga based Lifestyle to support mental and physical health.

Available formats:

  • Single sessions (injury assessment, acute issues, one-on-one yoga )

  • Series packages (2 sessions with Sara—includes assessment, plan, and implementation. Referral to Deep Yoga Method trained teacher for follow-ups.)

Monthly Posture Clinic

One-hour anatomy & alignment deep dive

First Saturday of each month, 12-1 pm at the studio. Each clinic focuses on an area of the body or a “posture blueprint” so that you learn how your body works and how it feels in a type of posture. Each posture we cover will include a detailed anatomical breakdown, common compensations, and personalized modifications. Hands in adjustments also available ( Sara has 100 hours of training ( plus 15 years of experience) in hands-on adjustments and they are always optional).
