Sara began using myofascial release in her classes in 2018. She’s completed more than 50 hours in training and has used mfr to help rehabbing Buffalo Bills players, people with anxiety, cancer patients who need to break up scar tissue, and people who have rocks on their shoulders from working at a computer all day.

As she has gotten older and her arthritis has gotten worse, she uses myofascial release every day for her own body, to decrease pain and increase mobility.

The three hour workshop will consist of:

  1. A lecture about what fascia is, how it works and why myofascial release works for muscle tension, pain, aging, and anxiety.

  2. Hands on all placement and mfr techniques.

  3. Ideas for a daily practice based on participant’s needs.

  4. A 90 minute full body myofascial release class.
