Personal Yoga Therapy
Yoga tailored to you through one-on-one guidance
When you need individual attention—whether for injury recovery, trauma healing, or complex health conditions—personal sessions provide customized support using the Deep Yoga Method.

Single sessions (injury assessment, acute issues, one-on-one yoga )
Series packages (2 sessions with Sara—includes assessment, plan, and implementation. Referral to Deep Yoga Method trained teacher for follow-ups.)

Monthly Posture Clinic
One-hour anatomy & alignment deep dive
First Saturday of each month, 12-1 pm at the studio. Each clinic focuses on an area of the body or a “posture blueprint” so that you learn how your body works and how it feels in a type of posture. Each posture we cover will include a detailed anatomical breakdown, common compensations, and personalized modifications. Hands in adjustments also available ( Sara has 100 hours of training ( plus 15 years of experience) in hands-on adjustments and they are always optional).
