A: No problem! We understand that life happens. If you can't make it to the studio, I'll email you a 20-minute practice that you can do at home. The key is maintaining your daily practice habit, not perfect studio attendance. You can also make up classes by attending a different class that day if your schedule allows.

Q: What is the Summer Sanctuary, and how does it work?

A: The Summer Sanctuary is your quiet third space - a peaceful area in our studio where you can read, meditate, journal, or have gentle conversations. It's included with your challenge participation and available Tuesdays & Thursdays 12-3pm, and Sundays 12-2:30pm. Think of it as a place that's not home (where your to-do list lives) and not work (where stress lives), but a sanctuary where you can simply be. It's self-managed with simple guidelines: whisper voices, no phone conversations, and respect for others' quiet time.

Q: I'm a complete beginner to yoga. Is this program suitable for me?

A: Absolutely! This program is designed for all levels, and beginners often see the most dramatic transformations. We focus on yoga's true purpose - learning to concentrate and be present - rather than advanced poses. Every class offers modifications, and our teachers create a welcoming environment where showing up consistently matters more than perfect poses. The daily practice habit is what creates change, not your flexibility or strength level.

Q: What if I already have a package?

A: As a current student, you already know the benefits of a regular yoga practice, and we want you to experience what happens when you do yoga every day. We are happy to freeze your membership or class pack for you for the challenge. This won’t count towards our freeze policy The Summer Resilience Series is a different experience than regular classes - it's a guided journey back to yoga's true purpose with daily educational support, personalized practice options (including home practices when needed), summer sanctuary access, and a community of people on the same transformational path. Q: What if I can only commit to one challenge instead of both?

A: That's perfectly fine! Each challenge is designed to be complete on its own.
