Q: What if I've never done yoga?

A: Perfect. My therapeutic approach works especially well for beginners because we focus on what YOUR body needs, not what a posture looks like.

Q: What if I can't make it to class every day?

A: That's why you get daily home practices. 20 minutes, emailed each morning, yours forever.

Q: How is this different from YouTube or apps?

A: YouTube can’t see that you're compensating for an old injury. An app doesn’t give you modifications based on your bone structure. They don’t hold space when emotions surface. Most apps and YouTube video teachers don’t have the expertise and years of experience teaching all kinds of bodies that Sara does. Those are a few of the differences.

Q: What is the Summer Sanctuary?

A: Exclusive quiet time in our historic space just for challenge participants. Read, meditate, journal, or simply be.

Q: Why only 14 people?

A: Because transformation needs attention. Because your nervous system heals faster when you practice with other people, and fastest when it’s a small group of people you feel safe with. Because this is medicine, not mass production.

Q: What if I already have a package?

A: As a current student, you already know the benefits of a regular yoga practice, and we want you to experience what happens when you do yoga every day. We are happy to freeze your membership or class pack for you for the challenge. This won’t count towards our freeze policy.
