Our classes aren't about perfecting poses—they're about understanding what's happening in your body and nervous system while you're in them. Every class includes clear anatomical guidance, nervous system awareness, and modifications that honor where you are today.
Three Approaches. One Methodology
Pillar 1: Alignment & Technique
Learn how a posture should feel in your body. Learn how to engage muscles to create a balanced body and build flexibility. Learn technique so you can do things you never dreamed you could, safely.
All of our classes are built on technique and alignment, but we have several classes where alignment and technique are the explicit goal.
Look for the Pink Badge. Classes include: Good Morning, Foundations: The Details, and First Time on the Mat
Pillar 2: Strength, Balance & Flexibility
Strength, balance, and flexibility always go together. Until you have strength, your muscles and tissues won’t trust that they can lengthen and soften. Until you have flexibility and strength, your body won’t be balanced.
Classes with the black badge are more physically focused and often gently lead you—through technique and by slowly building muscle memory—to a challenging posture.
Pillar 2 classes include: Alignment-based Vinyasa, Ground, Resilience (with weights), Yin/ Yang ( both pillar 2 &3), and Somatic Yoga Mix ( both pillar 2 &3)
Pillar 3: Nervous System Regulation
Post-pandemic, the need for nervous system regulation is profound. We need to learn to slow down our minds, settle, and nourish ourselves.
These classes give you an hour to yourself, away from the distractions, the demands, the fears, and responsibilities.
They also relieve pain and support healing post injury or PT.
Blue Badge classes include: Rest and Remember, Myofascial Release, Deep Somatics, Yin/ Yang ( both pillar 2 &3), and Somatic Yoga Mix ( both pillar 2 &3)
