  • One-on-One Support

    Sara is a certified Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist and an Ayurveda Counsellor.

    She offers one on one appointments to address injuries, stress management, pain management, and chronic illness.

    She also works with clients to develop lifestyle plans based on Ayurveda and anti cancer/antiinflammation principles.

  • Day Retreats

    Once a season, we offer a retreat to help students recharge and refresh away from obligations, responsibilities and over busy lives.

    We also provide a seasonal 21 day Jumpstart program to support long term change.

  • Daily Classes

    We offer 14 group classes per week and are open seven days a week. Every one of our classes is designed to be a sanctuary from your busy life, but several are specifically oriented towards healing. These include:
