This is the program I built 11 years ago to find my way back to myself after cancer treatment, and it's the truest version of what I believe: yoga every day is what creates change. Not the hardest class. The regular one. This program birthed Shine and changed my life.
-Sara, Shine founder and your guide

For three weeks this July, we practice nearly every day ( minimum 5 days per week) — together. Some days in the studio, some days a short practice at home (videos provided).

Around the yoga, we add in the small things that change how our hormones, our gut, and our sleep support us: daily greens, water, a morning that starts you right, an evening that lets you rest.

Nothing taken away, only added in.

But you don’t have to be a yoga teacher or open a studio to benefit from a daily practice.

If you commit to the daily practice, these are some of the things you can expect:

Sleep more soundly. Fall asleep more easily and wake more rested — even through summer's long, bright evenings.

Move with more ease. Less stiffness, more mobility, a body that feels looser and more capable in ordinary daily life.

Feel calmer and steadier. Daily practice settles the nervous system, so stress — and the sleep, mood, and hormonal shifts that ride along with it — loosens its grip.

Carry steadier energy. Fewer afternoon crashes, more of the even, all-day kind.

Notice your digestion settle. Water, greens, movement, and rest help your gut find its rhythm.

Begin building strength — and supporting your bones. Near-daily, weight-bearing practice that starts the real, long-game work of strength and bone health.

Feel more present with the people you love. Rested and regulated, you show up with more patience and attention.

How can a daily yoga practice do all this?

I know it seems like an infomercial.

But the reason it works is steeped in neuroscience.

All of our modern problems—body, mind, and soul— stem from a deregulated nervous system.

Yoga, unlike any other practice, both strengthens/moves the body and regulates the nervous system.

Let’s be honest, it’s hard to be easy in our world. We are all in fight, flight, or more and more often, freeze mode.

Our modern world asks so much of us, it’s hard not to check out or live overwhelmed.

Every ping of our phone is a new responsibility; every month seems to go by faster than the one before it. We can never keep up with our to-do list. That speed and anxiety doesn’t lodge just in your non-stop brain, it gets trapped in your body.

And that’s where things start to go wrong—poor sleep, weight that doesn’t budge, digestion issues, decisions we regret.

Yoga teaches you that you can pause. Yoga teaches you to regulate the signals that tell us we’re ok—breath, heart rate, blood pressure, a still body.

There is no tiger. We do not have to be in survival mode 24/7.

And that’s why these outcomes are possible when you practice regularly.

The best thing—once you get into the Yoga Habit, you won’t want to stop. It will become a time for yourself that you know you need, because you’ve felt the difference.

What We'll Do
  • Practice most days. A studio class when you can; a 15-minute home practice on the days you can't. Short enough that you can't talk yourself out of it.

  • Add in the daily basics (optional, and as much or as little as you like): greens with a meal, water, one nourishing thing, a small morning ritual, an evening wind-down that protects your sleep. Manual included

  • Reflect for a minute a day. A simple log and one question — that's the whole journal.

  • Begin again. Miss a day? You don't start over. You just begin again. That's the rule.

What's Included
  • Opening orientation — Sunday, July 12 (noon-1 pm in studio). We meet, set intentions, and learn how the three weeks work. Recording provided if you can't make it.

  • Daily practice — unlimited studio classes plus short home practices for the days you can't make it in.

  • A daily note from me — a short morning email with the day's theme, a practice nudge, and a reflection question.

  • The program materials — your log, the daily basics, simple food-as-medicine guidance, and morning/evening ritual ideas.

  • A midway check-in and a closing reflection circle — Sunday, August 2 (noon-1 pm in studio), where we talk about what changed and you choose what comes next.

  • Travel Well Bundle—5 recorded classes, plus tips for staying on track while away from the studio. Yours forever.

Will three weeks really change anything?

Three weeks won't finish the work — the research says a habit takes closer to two months to set. But three weeks gets you past the hardest part ( it’s week 3), far enough to feel the difference in your sleep, your energy, and how you carry a day. And on the last day, you choose where you go from here. That's the point: not a finish line, a launch.

Anyone who needs to reset their life.

Heading out of town this summer?

You can still keep your momentum. The benefits of yoga come from consistency, so the goal while you're away is simply not to let the thread drop — a short 15-minute practice wherever you are, no guilt about the studio classes you miss, and you walk back in mid-stride when you're home. You'll feel the difference: better sleep, steadier energy, more patience with the people you're with.

Travel Well Bundle—5 recorded classes, plus tips for staying on track while on vacation so you can really enjoy it, is included and yours forever. Use it this summer or whenever you need support.

On the last day, you choose your path: Continue Daily, find a Sustainable Rhythm, or Pause & Return. If you want to keep the momentum, we'll have a place for you to land — including a new 5× / week membership option built for exactly this moment. Many people walk out of these three weeks practicing more than they ever have.

We built the next step so it's easy to keep going.

After 21 days.
