Here we are again, another change, another shift. We have once again been mandated to close our in person studio, and will be now practicing virtually.

Practicing at home is not the same as practicing in person. We have had two and a half glorious months of practicing together. We know how good that feels.

But practicing at home has benefits too. It allows you to customize your experience, practice at a regular time, and try new things to name a few.

We are offering a bit of guidance with our Home Practice Series. A way to get you started through 9 ( and counting) sessions to help set you up practically for a yoga practice and inspire you to make home practice a part of your life. Maybe even once we return to the studio.
