Monthly Posture Clinic
One-hour anatomy & alignment deep dive
First Saturday of each month, 12-1 pm at the studio. Each clinic focuses on an area of the body or a “posture blueprint” so that you learn how your body works and how it feels in a type of posture. Each posture we cover will include a detailed anatomical breakdown, common compensations, and personalized modifications. Hands in adjustments also available ( Sara has 100 hours of training ( plus 15 years of experience) in hands-on adjustments and they are always optional).

Perfect for: Anyone wanting to feel their body working in a posture and know the goal and technique of postures.

Monthly membership for women navigating midlife, menopause, and the transitions that come with aging-hot flashes, rage flashes, bone density, pain, tightness. Weekly gatherings blend therapeutic movement, nervous system practices, and honest conversations about what's actually happening in your body and your life.
