YOUR YOGA PRESCRIPTION

A free 15-minute consultation to find your right path

You Know Something Needs to Change

Maybe you're:

  • Recovering from an injury and nervous about making it worse

  • Dealing with anxiety, sleep issues, or chronic stress

  • Navigating menopause and feeling like your body isn't yours anymore

  • Wanting to start yoga but intimidated by what you see online

  • Frustrated that nothing seems to stick—you start, you love it, you drop off

  • Wondering if yoga can actually help what you're dealing with

You don't need another class. You need a plan.

How It Works

Schedule a free 20-minute Zoom call with Sara (studio owner and founder of the Deep Yoga Method). This isn't a sales pitch—it's an honest conversation about:

✓ What you're experiencing in your body right now
✓ What you've tried before and why it didn't stick
✓ What's getting in the way (time, fear, confusion, energy)
✓ Which of our offerings—if any—makes sense for you

Sara will recommend:

  • Which classes match your body's needs today

  • Whether private sessions would serve you better than group classes

  • If one of our collective programs addresses what you're navigating

  • Modifications you'll need and how our teachers support them

  • Realistic expectations for your timeline and commitment level

What You'll Walk Away With

A clear Yoga Prescription that includes:

  1. Your starting point (which class, program, or session type)

  2. How often to practice based on your real life, not ideal life

  3. What to watch for as your body adapts

  4. When to adjust (more challenge, more rest, different approach)

  5. Honest assessment of whether yoga will actually help your specific situation

Sometimes the prescription is "try these three classes and see what resonates."

Sometimes it's "start with 2 private sessions, then join the Women's Collective."

Sometimes it's "group classes aren't right for you yet—here's why and what to do instead."

Meet Sara

The person you'll talk to

Sara is a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist with 20+ years of practice, founder of the Deep Yoga Method, and owner of Shine Yoga. She's presenting at the 2025 Neuroscience & Yoga Conference and has trained nearly a hundred teachers. But more importantly, she's spent a decade learning how to listen to bodies, adapt practices, and tell people the truth about what will and won't help them.

She's not interested in convincing you to do yoga—she's interested in helping you understand if and how yoga can serve what you're actually experiencing.

"Honestly, I thought I'd feel pressured to sign up for something if I came in for a free meeting, but then I met Sara, and it was the exact opposite.

She listened, she gave me so much time and compassion, and then told me exactly what would work for my situation. She even recommended I NOT do certain classes until my physical therapy finished. This is just someone who sees a problem and wants to help." – Michelle R.
