Over this last decade, the one thing ( besides dogs) that has been a constant in every day of my life is yoga. It’s yoga that has helped me through the times of physical and emotional pain. It’s been my daily companion when I had nothing else and it’s been an expression of my joy, often on the same day that it was an expression of my sadness or a salve to my stress.
